Why We Love It

BPO is a must for acne. It helps calm and alleviate clogged pores and minimize oil production, while helping to reduce and prevent breakouts.

Benzoyl Peroxide works to treat and prevent acne by flushing and exfoliating the pores promoting shedding of dead skin cells and excess oil. In addition it kills acne causing bacteria that is the cause of inflamed breakouts.

Possible dryness and irritation can occur that can cause more inflammation and acne so it is best to begin with hydration and moisture for two weeks before starting benzoyl peroxide, especially on the face. We recommend Face Reality Hydrabalance or Michelle Corley Ultimate Hydration Gel paired with Glymed Comfort Cream.

Keep away from eye area

How To Use

Apply a small amount to damp skin and massage into a light foaming lather. Do not rub aggressively. Rinse with tepid water and pat dry. This cleanser should not be used to remove eye makeup. Avoid eye area. Not recommended for sensitive skin or dry skin.
